It's interesting how I view the "Red Door On Cahuenga" now that the picture of this turnip is right above it. I didn't notice as much of the light on the door as I do now. I doubt you specifically decided to set the pictures up in this manner, but it's very tasteful either way!
turnips are lovely; cut some into cubes with an equal amount of cubed potatoes, use them as a bed for a roast chicken or beef. the turnips will soak up all the flavour of the fat and seasonings.
