Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled

My friend and neighbor, Sandi McCree has a new webisode. Please do me a favor and take a look.

You might recognize Sandi from her role in “The Wire” (greatest tv show ever.)

Another friend of mine, Mark Zipoli, has his new novel, The Long Habit of Living, out and is available on Amazon.

Last but certainly not least my good friend Michael Lally has a new CD of his poetry, Lost Angels here.* It includes his very well known anti-war (and prophetic) poem, March 18, 2003. Michael is also the author of It's Not Nostalgia, which won an American Book Award.

*And now available at Amazon as well as CD Baby and downloadable at iTunes.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. KJV

Such a powerful image here. I could almost get out a magnifying glass to read the words on the page, even as I suspect I might know them by heart. Thanks.

Love the photo. The detail of having passages that are highlighted--what a difference that makes.

The webisode is a nice mix of comedy and drama. And yes, The Wire was/is special.

Some talented people you hang out with, K.

Hey brother, thanks for the tip of the hat. And for putting me in such great company (including yours).
