Crazy Kicking Horse

Crazy Kicking Horse ("Ten years in the penitentiary. Ten years in the penitentiary.") and his two buddies.

Yes, that's "Indian" tattooed across his chin and "Fuck You" across his throat.

Amazing photo. 1) How in the hell did you get up the courage to ask if you could take his photo? 2) What in the hell were you thinking? 3) I hope to hell you have your affairs in order. 4) I think I live a very sheltered life. And, hell, I prefer it that way! Nice work!

And I bet he's proud of the scar across his stomach!
Good work!

Wow...and i love your photographs.

Oh yes, definitely. I think that what people don't see often is far more interesting to look at.

Come visit my blog sometimes. My poetries are not Edgar Allan Poe status-poems but I try. I hope you enjoy them as much as I know I will enjoy your photographies.

Oh, he doesn't look so tough. I'll bet you could take him, Kevin.

he is beautiful. the bars and chains make him look like he is still locked up. or is he?

Yeah! I just noticed the placement of the chains. There were levels of brilliance I didn't even catch the first time. Please say you did that on purpose!

I met him last night. God bless him. I was having a drink outside at this restaurant downtown late last night and he passed by and asked if I had a cigarette. He ended up having a seat and talking to me and my friend for a good hour. We talked about everything, this guy is hilarious and sure has had a life. We talked about relationships, jail, life, you name it. I really hope I run into him again soon.

I know Crazy Kicking Horse pretty well actually. I wrote to him for a while while he was in jail. He's very smart and interesting. I miss getting his letters (several a week). He was a fascinating pen pal.
