That is a hard aspect ratio to use well, even in landscapes, but the composition is simply fantastic and ideally suited for it. You have a great eye, Kev. I know I have said it before, but it bears repeating here.

It's actually a good hospital - this is from having experienced their service... They're just always working at over capacity.
BTW - this looks like it was shot in Bulgaria.
