Awful. Wouldn't want to be in those shoes, but no one is immune any more these days, companies close from one day to the next. Sad world that leaves so many out in the cold.
Very powerful image. The one work boot placed just so, is such a poignant symbolic element. It takes a trained eye to see the message and the story in these "humble" elements.
A recent article in Rangefinder led me to this page on which I was hoping to see your poetry as well as your photos. Your photos are excellent, but my interest is in the relationship of pictures and words. Do you still write poetry?
