There were plenty of bullhorns and anger last night at City Hall but there were also group discussions as to civil disobedience, prayer circles and, of course, candles.
We have heard so much about the "bad element" at the Occupy sites. Doesn't seem like you encountered anything close to what some would like us to believe. This is so moving and extremely touching, entirely different then what I expected from the title.
I do hope it will be peaceful. It seems LA's "Occupy" has been dealt with well and I hope that continues to be the case. So far I've been proud of the movement and proud of LA.
