Masterful. Someday these living landmarks will be gone, and people will wonder at the beauty of such photographic remains — and the artist who saw and preserved them.

More great stuff like this along Beverly Blvd. I really should get out of my car and just take pictures one of these days. Of course, I said "days."

Another interesting photograph. Not the usual LA shot. Great to see.

Kevin, do you ever encounter dangerous situations on your treks? I ask because this weekend I am going to the crime capital of the east coast, Newburgh NY. AN hour from Manhattan, a real ghetto gangland, but amazing ruins..just wondering how you deal with these possible situations..

Hey Ken - I'll send you a more detailed message by e-mail but in brief it would be: Don't go to a ghetto heartland

Agree with William on this.

(But will there be a "someday"?)
