Cheshire Cat: If I were looking for a white rabbit, I'd ask the Mad Hatter. Alice: The Mad Hatter? Oh, no no no... Cheshire Cat: Or, you could ask the March Hare, in that direction. Alice: Oh, thank you. I think I'll see him... Cheshire Cat: Of course, he's mad, too. Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people. Cheshire Cat: Oh, you can't help that. Most everyone's mad here. [laughs maniacally; starts to disappear] Cheshire Cat: You may have noticed that I'm not all there myself.
The contrast in light is terrific, but I think it's his hand that makes the unique and fine, fine, fine. I'm not much of a cat person, but this pic makes me wonder if I've missed something.

The embrace frames Patches well!. I am such a softie when it comes to animals!. You got my heart on this one K!. :-)
Seems as if Michael clings on to the cat. A great picture.
Beautiful light + creative composition + cute cat = very cool shot!
Love cats, even in b/w. So cool.

It's my imagination, it must be: Patches looks more...straightforward, more tough, than the average house-kitty from, say, Pasadena's west side.
Been browsing your photos and have added you to my 'visit' list. Love what you do. I used to live in west LA, near the beach.
