How did someone know just where to put the chair? How did they know it should have a heart shape in it? How did they know it should be blue? How do you find these things?

And when the metal security grill gets rolled up at opening time, does the love stop ? So kind of people to paint reminders like this in public places, just in case we might have forgotten !
