Just visited Night Hawks in person. Your photo has that same feeling.
More welcoming than "your" house on Oct. 5?? That half-light, half-dark is interesting and, to me, appealing.
It's interesting to me that so often your night shots of buildings are devoid of people (and I love that about them), and yet you photograph people with such sensitivity.
Interesting the door is wide open in what looks deep East LA.
