When I shot a little 16mm film at Hollywood Memorial Cemetery -- I forget what they call it now -- several scenes took place right by Valentino's crypt in that mausoleum. I thought it was cool that his vase always had a fresh rose.
This shot definitely captures the vibe of that place. But Altadenahiker's right. :-)

Great photo Kevin. Love the feeling of it.
Lovely how it's framed nearly all the way around in black, yet rich colors in this sober scene...
An exceptional shot!
Your photo speaks to me of life and death, especially death in that ritualistic churchy way. A wonderful image here. Thanks.
The photo gives me a feeling that the loved ones of the dead are also gone now. Wow. A shot with stories in it. My favorite kind.
Lovely.
So are you staying out till dawn now?

What an outstanding photo...
I've heard too much praise can be a dangerous thing...
Cool, warm light.
Beautiful work...sumptuous light.
Niiiiiiice! Gotta love the light in the morning!

I'm glad you didn't romanticize it - something I should have remembered for a similar post I published.
