Feels like an unusual shot for you. But despite the generic aspect of the usual "city scape" you make this genre yours with the way you play that lit up close, lower down scene against the skyscraper background. It makes it more real. Closer to the film noir black-and-white shots of the 1940s than the more glitzy and advertise-y usual contemporary city pics. You continue to surprise and delight me man. Don't ever stop.
Damn, man, I'm playin' with this little elph i borrowed from my son, but it just don't cut it. You usin' a tripod? I can't see you humpin' a big rig all round town, especially on those impromtu lookin' portraits, which, I think, would be intimidating for your subjects. ...must be your pleasant demeanor.

Really beautiful shot. For some reason I never think of LA in black & white. I love your shots and once again this is prove of it.
You've captured OUR TOWN beautifully!
You make L.A. beautiful.

An exceptional photograph.
Thanks!
If I had just arrived from outer space (and perhaps I have), I would want to send this home as a postcard.
Lally summed it up for me. I ditto his comments.
