OH MAN, this one touched my heart. His face is so open. Whew! I've had homeless people ask me to take their picture because they say they haven't seen themselves in a long time. Think about it.

The People. The people of this town. Well, I have a Love/Hate relationship with Los Angeles. Why does this need to be? Well. It does not need to be.
The Great and The Pitiful.
A problem- solver, by nature, I do envision a different future. I do what I can. But some bigger changes are ready to happen. By design, I hope, as we have lived here for thousands of years without a...3 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, etc. Building codes, maybe? Land for tents or teepees? A change.

Tomorrow, April 22nd, is Earth Day.
May we all join together in.. in what? How about reverence for what we do have and hope for the future?

Kevin, you know I love your photographs. But what I think i love even more is a post like this == when you make title/image/caption into kind of cross-platform zen koan.

This is breathtaking. Your work in its entirety is an epic poem about our time and our city. Thank you.

Kevin, I agree: your photo, title and caption are chillingly spot on. The backstory on Seven Big Dreamers is a wonderfully told tale, as well.

Your work is touching.
